UNIVERSAL PRE AMPLIFIER (Rev2 Pre Amp):
These PC boards are actually four discrete high-performance op-amps on one PC board, with sufficient bread boarding space surrounding them for the DIY individual to install external components for a wide variety of applications (i.e. preamplifiers, tone controls, RIAA networks, headphone amplifiers, etc.)
