integral overload protection, and a conventional multislope overload protection circuit, as part of the main PC board.

Description

This kit is about 140W capable into 4 Ohms, has ‘onboard’ status, speaker protection and muting.

Output devices = 2 x Toshiba 2SA1943 + 2 x 2SC5200.
Typical rail voltage +/-56V.

The HQEF2  circuit board is one channel per board.

We will also be doing boards where the speaker protection system can be separate and run from 15V a.c.. I intend to have the HQEF2 available in the original form as mentioned but also as one channel per board.

These boards will also have the output transistors on aluminium angle which makes them much easier to mount on any heatsink.
